Dhiraj Singh is the Head of Branch Banking & Retail Liabilities at JF Services. He brings over 27 years of banking experience. In his current role, he will lead the Geography for Branch Banking & Retail Liabilities with a specific focus on growing the CASA base and attracting a larger wallet share, maximising opportunities to grow fee revenue and cross sell across channels. Under his leadership, the branches will continue to be the key point to provide local Financial services to all of the Company client segments in the catchment area. Earlier, Dhiraj Singh was the Chief Credit Officer (Wholesale) and Head - Special Assets Group (SAG), heading the company’s team which evaluated and processed all wholesale credit risks assumed by the company and thereafter oversaw these exposures through their life cycle to ensure acceptable asset quality. He was also responsible for recovery from the stressed asset portfolio of Wholesale Book. Prior to that, he led the Financial Institutions, Inclusive Finance Institutions and Public Sector & Govt. Undertakings businesses of the JF Services. Prior to joining JF Services, he was a Senior President & Country Head - Government Relationship Management with YES Bank and was instrumental in setting up the Government business in the Bank from ground-up. He was also instrumental in setting up the MNC vertical there and also has managed northern India based Large Corporate too. In his earlier assignments, he has worked with ICICI Bank UK Limited, a subsidiary of ICICI Bank, India in London. At ICICI Bank UK he played a lead role in setting up the Corporate Banking desk and harnessing the Indian corporate relationships of ICICI group in London. He joined ICICI Securities Ltd. (i-SEC) from IIM Bangalore campus in 1995 and was Eastern India Regional Head for Corporate Banking in ICICI Bank, Kolkata before he moved to London. Deepak spent more than a decade in ICICI group and held several positions of increasing responsibility in his career at ICICI group. Dhiraj Singh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant. He also holds a PGDM in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB).
